April 3

Depart from USA on your flight to Prague, Czech Republic.  Dinner and breakfast will be served on the flight.

April 4

Upon arrival in Prague we will board the buses and travel to the city of Prague for Holy Mass at the Infant Jesus of Prague Sanctuary located in the Church of Our Lady of Victory.  After mass you may visit the gift shop and museum.  You will then have time for lunch and short visit in Prague.  Dinner and overnight.  

April 5

After breakfast we will travel to Poland where we will visit Wadowice, the birthplace of Pope John Paul II.  You will see the Basilica of the Blessed Virgin Mary’s Sacrifice, where Karol Wojtyla was baptized and served as an altar boy.  You may also visit the family’s apartment, now a museum located just across the street from the church.  After our visit we will travel to our hotel in Kalwaria.   Dinner and overnight

April 6

This morning we will travel to the Divine Mercy Shrine where we will have Mass in the chapel at St. Faustina’s Convent and have a talk by one of the sisters of St. Faustina’s order.  She will explain a little about the life of Saint Faustina and the revelations about Divine Mercy that she received from Jesus.  You will have time to visit the chapel which houses St. Faustina’s remains; walk the lovely grounds around the convent or spend some time in the Basilica or the Adoration Chapel.  We will also visit the beautiful city of Krakow.  We will return to our hotel in Kalwaria for dinner and overnight.


April 7

After breakfast we will leave for Jasna Gora the shrine of Our Lady of Czestochowa.  We will visit the chapel of the miraculous image of Our Lady of Czestochowa.  This chapel has been visited by many Popes including John Paul II and Benedict the XVI.  It has also been visited by St. Faustina and St. Maximillian Kolbe.  It is one of the holiest places in Poland.  We will also have a guided tour of the Shrine.  Return to Kalwaria for dinner and overnight.

April 8



After breakfast we will travel to Krakow to join in the celebration of Divine Mercy Sunday including the 3:00 p.m. Mercy Hour.  After the celebration we will return to our hotel in Kalwaria.  Dinner and overnight

April 9

This morning we will travel to the Divine Mercy shrine where we will have morning Mass.  You will have time for shopping in the sister’s gift shop.  In the afternoon, we will travel to our hotel in Budapest, Hungary. Dinner and overnight.

April 10

This morning we will visit St. Stephen's Basilica.  Over the main portal is a bust of King Stephen, Hungary's first Christian king and patron saint of the basilica. And inside the church is a reliquary with the "Holy Right", the preserved right hand of King Stephen. It is Hungarian Catholicism's holiest relic.  We will have Mass and a short visit.  After our visit, we will board our bus and travel to Medjugorje arriving by evening.  Dinner and overnight

April 11

While in Medjugorje our group will attend the services at St. James Church climb Apparition Hill and Cross Mountain and hear a talk by one of the visionaries (if available).  We will attend the evening prayer service which begins with the Holy Rosary.  During the Rosary Our Lady gives her blessing to everyone there.  This is followed by the remainder of the Rosary and Holy Mass.   After Mass the Glorious Mysteries of the Rosary are prayed.

April 13

We will attend morning Mass and have lunch in Medjugorje.  In the afternoon, we will travel to Split, Croatia where we will board our ship for our overnight crossing of the Adriatic Sea to Ancona, Italy arriving in the morning.   

April 14

After breakfast, we will leave the ship and board the bus for Loreto.  Loreto is the site of the Holy House of Nazareth. Tradition has it that this is the house where Mary prayed the Magnificat, where Jesus grew to manhood, and the Holy Family dwelled.  In the afternoon, we will travel to Lanciano to see the 8th Century Eucharistic Miracle.  After our visit to Lanciano we will travel to Manoppello where we will see the Veil of Veronica.  We end our day in San Giovanni Rotondo for dinner and overnight.

April 15

After breakfast we will visit the tomb of Saint Padre Pio where you can see and venerate his incorrupt body. We will tour the old church and see the crucifix from which he received the stigmata in 1918. We will see his cell and the confessional where he spent many hours hearing confessions and directing pilgrims on their journey toward God. We will celebrate Holy Mass in the basilica.  In the afternoon we will visit Saint Michael’s cave then return to San Giovanni for dinner and overnight.

April 16

After Holy Mass we will leave for our hotel in the beautiful little town of Fiuggi known for its mineral water.  The water is most famous for its ability to dissolve kidney stones.  Dinner and overnight in Fiuggi.

April 17

After breakfast, we will head to Rome for a visit to Saint Peter’s Basilica.  We return to our hotel for dinner and overnight.

April 18

This morning we will attend the weekly audience of Pope Francis (if the Holy Father is available).  After the audience we will visit some of Rome’s major basilicas including the Basilica of St. John Lateran.  It is one of the four major basilicas of Rome and was named "mother of all the churches" because it is the Cathedral of Rome. St. Mary Major, one of the oldest shrines dedicated to the Blessed Virgin Mary, contains a relic of the manger in a crypt below the sacristy.  St. Paul Outside the Wall is dedicated to St. Paul the Apostle and is built over his grave.  We return to our hotel later in the afternoon.  Dinner and overnight 

April 19

Depart for the airport for our flight back to the United States
