September 1, 2016 Dear Friends, What an opportunity to have joined the March 31-April 19, 2016 Poland-Medjugorje Pilgrimage Tour with Mr. Scott Scaria. It was the most memorable moment in my life! The miracles that some of us have witnessed will never be forgotten… My mother’s left eye have always appeared reddish and oftentimes teary and itchy. She was seen by an eye doctor and have prescribed some eye ointment but that didn’t improve her condition. She’s been that way for several years till the time she hiked the Apparition Hill in Medjugorje with me. The fluid that oozes from the crucified Jesus have miraculously healed her instantly. She’s 83 years old and her stamina and strength was never the same. She’s full of life, very active in our Parish as a member of the choir. My husband was diagnosed of Leukemia last January 2015. Here’s one reason why I joined this pilgrimage tour to ask and pray for mercy. Few days before my departure, my husband was taken to the emergency hospital. My notion that I may not make the trip made me feel panicky…but that night before my departure, my husband asked me to go and join the trip and not to worry. Our first stop was at the Holy Infant Jesus of Prague, Czechoslovakia. This church have given me so much peace, hope and comfort. From my hotel, I checked my husband and much to my surprise that he went out walking his 1 mile walk. He told me that he had regained his strength all of a sudden. God is good! One week after arriving from Europe was my husband’s medical check-up. His oncologist has informed us the good news that Charles is now on remission. There was a dramatic change in his laboratory results. We were astonished! What a beautiful gift for Charles on this day of his birthday. One very special moment. This spiritual journey led by Mr. Scaria was not only a miraculous journey but a lifetime experience no one can forget. This company is truly the best! I encourage you to send me a friend request on FB so you can see some of my post especially that of Saint Pope John Paul II Sanctuary, Poland. Love & Prayer, Luvi Lumibao Rodeo, CA. U.S.A. December 1, 2012 Dear Scott, On behalf of all the sisters at the Convent and myself, I would like to express our gratitude to you and your staff for all the effort you expended on our behalf to make the trip to the Holy Land a truly memorable experience. We appreciate that you were able to offer us an affordable package, which allowed all the nuns at the convent who desired to go to make the trip. We also wish to express our thanks to you for the splendid organization of the pilgrimage. It was a real blessing for us that you were able to arrange for the group to see so many of the sights in Israel, including many places that were not listed on the agenda. The composition of the group was wonderful. Each individual brought something special to the group so that the whole was greater than the sum of its parts. The holiness and fervent passion of our pilgrims added a special luster to the trip. For that, I would like to thank you. Finally, I would like to single out the huge contribution made by Gin to the sisters of the convent and to the group as a whole. Her unfailing optimism served as a bright light that illuminated each and every day. She was untiring in her attention to the needs of each member of the entourage. Perhaps most of all, I shall remember her infectious laugh that provided warmth and merriment throughout the trip. Scott, the pilgrimage was a huge success and I would again like to say how much we appreciate everything you did to ensure that success. Please stay in contact with us and if possible visit us at the convent from time to time. Our doors are forever open to you, your family and Gin. Thank you so much. May our prayers be always with you. With blessings, Sisters of St. Brigitta October 31, 2012 Dear Scott, I'm writing to you today to let you know and others of my personal experience and trust in Jesus and Mary. Before I traveled with your group in September on my first pilgrimage to Eastern Europe (Poland-Medjugorje) which was a Beautiful Pilgrimage, my son has been seeing a young woman for a year who was just diagnosed with uterine cancer. My son also works in retail but seeks another job due to finances. On my pilgrimage I brought my son, his girlfriend, and others in prayer, lighting candles, placing all in the hearts and hands and Jesus and Mary. When returning after 2 weeks, my son came to talk with me as to what I had prayed for on my pilgrimage. I responded in letting him know that I prayed for his girlfriend (who had to go back for further tests) that further testing would all come back negative and would show no cancer. For my son that his finances would get better and another job would open up for him. My son's response was that his girlfriend went through further testing and they all came back negative and there was no cancer. As for my son, Christopher is his name, was entered into a contest where he works - he won a $1,000. Also, one of my sons friends came to him and told Christopher where he works that there are openings with benefits, more salary and less hours. My letter go out to confirm and encourage others on the never-ending Love of Jesus and Mary that they have for each and everyone of us. Maryann Meyer, Connecticut Dear Scott,
May 9, 2012 Dear Scott, We are so grateful we joined your recent pilgrimage to Poland and Medjugorje dated April 9 thru April 27th. It was thus far one of the best ones we've joined and we are looking forward to joining you again next year for the Holy Land pilgrimage. I have recommended you to my friends and co-workers. Thanks again for everything and God willing, we will see you again next year. Peace always, Illa DeGuzman, California May 25, 2011 Dear Scott, Our heartfelt appreciation for organizing the Pilgrimage to Divine Mercy and Medjugorje, and those blessed shrines in between. Marek's knowledge of historical background made our travels all the more interesting. Sharing his spiritual insights and words of wisdom did much to inspire a truly spiritual Pilgrimage. His warmth and respectful sense of humor encouraged a bus full of strangers to become friendly, caring, concerned pilgrims. You have a fine crew. Fr. Doucette's healing Masses and Gin's prayerfulness and Josef's and Andrzej's quiet but sincere caring in attending to our needs. We were uniquely blessed. Surely, Divine Providence hand picked each individual for this Pilgrimage. God works in mysterious ways His wonders to perform. Thanks be to God! Most Sincerely, Joanne Lepkowski Joan Laubach Sue Delmar Owego, NY May 18, 2011 Dear Scott, We are truly blessed to be able to have joined you on this pilgrimage. It was a dream come true. Our most memorable and meaningful moments were Divine Mercy Sunday and the Beatification of Blessed John Paul II and serving at mass with Father Melvin. We were very impressed that you listened to each and everyone of our questions and concerns and addressed them. The buses were very comfortable and the staff on them were truly professional. The accommodations and food were outstanding and made the trip very enjoyable. Your assistant Gin Ryan was excellent, she brought energy and laughter to the entire trip. Marek was a perfect guide who brought so much spiritual and historical enlightenment to the trip. Father Melvin is an excellent addition to your team and brought so much to the pilgrims. The pilgrimage was a deeply religious experience for both my wife and myself. We are highly recommending your pilgrimages to our family and friends. We hope to see you again on another trip if God wills it. God Bless you, Deacon Jim and Gloria Askew Wadsworth, PA November 8, 2009 Dear Scott, I am looking forward to my third pilgrimage with you in 2010. The previous two pilgrimages were very memorable and you do an excellent job of helping us experience everything possible during our trek through Europe. On the pilgrimages I have seen and had more spiritual experiences than I ever imagined I could have on a trip. During my first trip to Medjugorje, I had several personal, spiritual experiences. On my second trip, when I arrived at St. James Church for the evening Rosary and Mass and walked into the Church and heard the singing, I really felt like I had come “home”. When we take a few days out of the trip to spend in Medjugorje, it is like an Oasis in the desert. We can spend time climbing Apparition Hill or Cross Mountain, in public adoration, or just time to pray and reflect and feel the presence of our Blessed Mother on our own. The time we spend in Poland at the Basilica of Divine Mercy is an experience everyone should have. Reflecting on the message Jesus gave to Saint Faustina about His boundless mercy for us is something I wish everyone could experience here. To join with thousands of others to celebrate the Sunday of Divine Mercy and to realize the devotion of other Catholics, especially the Polish people, is spiritually overwhelming. One of the highlights of this trip for me is following the life of Pope John Paul II from his birthplace in Wadowice to his tomb in Rome. During this pilgrimage, I have touched the cradle he laid in as an infant, visited the Church he was baptized and was an altar boy in, then gone to the Cathedral in Cracow where he celebrated his first Mass, and then on to Rome. Because he is the most beloved man and saint of our time, I feel very privileged to have these memories. Our tour guide, Marek, is very knowledgeable and very patient with us. The bus drivers are superb. And the meals and accommodations are excellent. Thank you for giving us all of this at the lowest price possible. I have compared prices on many trips and yours are always the lowest, yet it does not show in our meals and accommodations and top of the line transportation. I’m looking forward to seeing you in the Spring. God be with you, Cathy Smythe Torreon, NM St. James, patron saint of pilgrims, pray for us. Oct. 10, 2007 Dear Scott, Butch and I still talk about the wonderful experience of the Poland Medjugorje Pilgrimage. We believe it has changed our life. We remember it like yesterday. Praying at the Divine Mercy in Poland was wonderful. Being in Medjugorje was an experience I will never forget. Watching the miracle of the sun was a good experience. The most wonderful experience were the powerful prayers of the young families saying the rosary before Mass every evening with their small children and the wonderful people at the nursing home and what can be accomplished when two older ladies are doing the will of God. We still want to go and work at the nursing home for a summer. Please continue with your good work. We pray for Sister Sharon, Father James and you Scott to continue to lead others on an experience with other wonderful people. Tell Sister Sharon, I felt the power of her prayers. One thing about the trip I want to tell people is, "it is a trip where you are called by the Grace of God on a pilgrimage that doesn't stop when it's over. The trip is God calling you to the beginning of a whole new life." God bless all of you! I wish Father James a happy 50th. Thank you to all of you, Judy Friedrich Oct. 4, 2007 Dear Scott, It was a great experience going on the pilgrimage with you and the rest of the people going on the pilgrimage. I don't know if my prayers helped me got over my eye problems I experienced before and during the pilgrimage but my vision has been normal since I returned. I had been experiencing double vision which lasted for several months before and after the pilgrimage. And when I boarded the plane in Prague I must have lost my wallet at the airport. When I was in my seat on the plane the stewardess came up to me and handed me my wallet. My wallet contained credit cards and my drivers license. I still have chronic pain in my abdomen which I have had for over 10 years. I have prayed to St. Jude as well as the Virgin Mary to intercede for me but still have the pain. I am 77 years old now and will probably have this pain until I'm gone. But I have may things to thank God for and will continue to pray to Jesus and Mary. I would like to go on another pilgrimage some time. It was a great pleasure meeting you. J. Boklier Oct. 1, 2007 Thank you so much for making the pilgrimage from Krakow, Poland to Fatima, Portugal and beyond so available and affordable. It far exceeded my expectations and the camaraderie that developed among us all was an unexpected and welcome surprise. Kudos to Sister Sharon and Marek for their guidance, patience and leadership. It was their warm and welcoming attitudes that facilitated our general convenience and fun times. I was a little reserved about what to expect especially regarding hotels and meals, but everything was good and/or better than advertised. I was also apprehensive about the bus activities as I am not particularly religious, but I found that I enjoyed the rosaries, prayers, hymns, reflections and testimonies, as well as the more secular CD's. They all helped to make the travel time pass more quickly and enjoyable. I also found that I had grown in my faith during this trip which is one thing I had hoped to achieve. Aside from the religious aspects, I found the scenery often breath-taking, as were some of the mountain roads. The cities were exciting and I appreciate the special tours that we received at various sites like LaSalette. I look foreword to taking another one of your pilgrimages. Sincerely, J. Belanger Sept. 29, 2007 In spite of hardships including stolen wallet, broken glasses, and lost luggage our journey with you was a delight. Grace filled us with joy in our fellow travelers, the holy places we visited together, the comfortable lodgings, great food and fun after our prayers. Singing and praying on that bus were uplifting. The spiritual dimension of this trip beats any retreat I ever attended. The joy of companions sharing the same sights far surpassed other tours we have taken because we all shared and rejoiced in our Catholic faith. God bless you for your faith and planning a great trip of great value not just monetary, but spiritual. With best wishes, Jim and Joan Wallace Sept. 26, 2006 Dear Scott, Spring 2006 Healing During our Poland Medjugorje pilgrimage in spring 2006 we were traveling around on buses. Sister Nolte had chosen our bus to give her talk on Healing the Family Tree. During the talk I was reminded of the time I was working as a nurse in the OB department. All the nurses who were Catholic had left this department since they had started performing abortions. For some reason unknown to me I felt I was needed to stay working. I did not assist with the abortion at all. Over the next year I was called to baptize these small children when their mothers realized what they had done. I would also try to comfort the family members who were also there. I shared this with sister after her talk - she looked at me and told me to only receive. She prayed over me - while she was praying I could see a white cloud with a black center being lifted from my presence. As sister continued to pray over me there were about four times white clouds with black centers left my being. I have had pain in my left shoulder for over 10 years that required prescription medication. I was able to ask sister what happened. She mentioned that a curse had been put on me. This I understood because I was against the evil being done around me. Since sister prayed over me I have not needed any pain medication. This is truly a blessing from God to have this constant pain removed. I would recommend this trip to anyone who wants to become closer to God. I was reminded of the importance of prayer and Mass. Thank You for your service for all of us sinners. Susan White

My dear Scott,
Even though I have been home for over a month, my feet are still not touching ground, I am still floating high from that wonderful trip. It was a blessing from beginning to end, everything was wonderful! The organization was fabulous, the sites we visited so beautiful, the Masses were so uplifting, Msgr. Joe James and Sister Sharon are such wonderful people who lifted us up with their every word. The hotels were great, the food was plentiful and wonderful, everything was perfect, and you my friend, are a marvelous person.
I wish I could go every year; it is an experience that is life-changing and certainly a pearl beyond price. I hope that everyone can make this pilgrimage once in his/her lifetime; it is something I will always treasure. I could write for hours about my experiences; the Holy Spirit filled our hearts and Our Blessed Mother guided us always. We are protected and filled with graces and blessings, and I pray that God continue to bless you for all your work in His vineyard. June 13, 2006 Dear Scott, We received so many
blessings while on the pilgrimage. When people ask us what we
enjoyed the most, it is so hard to tell them. The experience
at being at the Divine Mercy Shrine on Divine Mercy Sunday was so
very awesome, but then being at Medjugorje was again one of our
special times in our lives.
March 29, 2006 Dear Pilgrim: It was one year ago today that we departed for the Czech Republic on a three week pilgrimage through Hungary, Poland, Medjugorje in Bosnia, Italy, and Austria. It is with great fondness that I recall the entire experience. I think I can honestly say it was the most important trip of my life. Ours was a rather large group with many diverse personalities and needs. Facilitating a trip of this nature requires a great deal of planning, detail, and especially patience. Accommodating the needs of 125 people for three weeks through several foreign countries and countless sites is not easy to say the least. I was amazed at the relatively small number of glitches that occurred, as well as the patience and care that was given to each pilgrim. It was evident to me that Scott felt as if Christ personally gave him each and every soul to care for as they deepened their faith and moved closer to him. Along with this responsibility, it was also evident that he was given the grace of perseverance and patience. Many of my fellow pilgrims were likewise impressed. I was also impressed with the travel staff (drivers and agent). The spiritual direction on the trip was also great. Being able to celebrate Holy Mass daily in so many historic and beautiful churches was unforgettable. The miraculous sites and being able to personally witness so many manifestations of God’s love was deeply moving. It is hard to choose a highlight there were so many, but if I had to choose a few one was being present at the Basilica of Divine Mercy on Mercy Sunday in Poland the day after our beloved Holy Father passed to eternal life. The establishment of the Divine Mercy devotion and the institution of Mercy Sunday in the church calendar was an incredibly important accomplishment of his pontificate. I think it is no small coincidence that he passed to eternal life on its vigil to further distinguish its importance at this time in salvation history. The other highlight was spending time in Medjugorje, personally witnessing the sites of this incredible grace, visiting with the seers, as well as experiencing the peace, serenity, and spirituality of this Holy place. For anyone who has spent time here and witnessed it for himself, I would find it almost impossible to doubt our Lady’s presence here. I feel I received many wonderful graces from our Lord and Blessed Mother during the trip that I am still discovering to this day. It was definitely instrumental in moving me closer to our Lord and our Lady at a very important time in my life. I encourage you to go if you can. You will not regret it. There is no doubt to me that Scott does this as a calling from God. He wants as many people as possible to be able to experience these things, gives of himself freely, and I believe that is why his rates are so low in comparison to others. I look forward to taking another pilgrimage with him sometime in the near future. God Bless, Mitch Johnson Waldorf, MD

Dear Pilgrim, Last year when my wife suggested we go on a pilgrimage to Medjugorje I was a little reluctant. Although I consider myself to be a religious person, I had this vision of traveling for 15 days with a group of old ladies that did nothing but pray the rosary and talk about their grandchildren. I was wrong. The entire trip was one of the most memorable journeys I have ever taken. It was moving, praying with 5000 people at the Devine Mercy Basilica in Krakow Poland, it was fun, singing and dancing in a beer garden in Austria, and it was breathtaking, going up the side of a mountain on very narrow roads with no guardrails was pretty scary. Perhaps the most moving time spent on the pilgrimage for me occurred one evening in Medjugorje. My wife and I were walking around the shopping district ,we saw a lot of people entering St, James church, we decided to see what was going on. When we squeezed into the church ,I saw the church was filled with people on their knees participating in prayers adoring the Blessed Sacrament. I joined, on my knees for about an hour, I have never felt closer to my God. The pilgrims, the tour leaders, the schedule, the food, the accommodations were wonderful. My wife and I are discussing a trip this fall to Greece run by Scott and his team. Thank you for a wonderful experience. Bill Desciak Mountain Top, PA |
